REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
We stand behind our products and services and have stringent quality checks prior to shipping any of our popcorn. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your purchase carefully when you receive it. We offer a no hassle guarantee. You can return your item immediately upon receipt and upon return of the item we will promptly refund 100% of the purchase price or replace with like product, less any shipping charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be done on the day you placed your order before 5pm (EST). You must call 561-865-7300 to cancel. We strongly uphold this policy as we begin cooking and preparing your popcorn delivery immediately after this time. Thank you for your understanding. (It’s our opinion that it’s too good to cancel.)
Return Policy
*All shipping charges for returns need to be paid by the consumer. Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase. The OriginalPopcornHouse.com can not be responsible for address errors on orders. If an order is undeliverable to the customer, is returned to us by the shipping carrier, and needs to be re-shipped due to a customer error when entering the delivery address, the customer will be responsible for paying for the additional shipping, regardless of whether the shipping for the order was originally free. Only ONE OPENED package/container/box of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in the original, unopened containers.
Return Procedure
- Package all merchandise to be returned.
- We require you request delivery confirmation when you ship your package back to us. Please email us at: customerservice@originalpopcornhouse.com. We cannot be responsible for lost shipments returned to us. We are not responsible for the original or return shipping charges unless it is our packaging error. No C.O.D. return shipments will be accepted for product returns.
- Please include a brief note containing the reason for the return, and what you would like done in terms of a replacement, store credit, or refund.
